By the way, I made my first loaf of foccacia from your recipe last night for dinner with Katie, and it was a huge hit. We all loved it, but Katie especially raved about it, saying it was as good as her mom's bread -- high praise! She put up no fight when I told her she should keep the rest of the loaf. I've got more where that came from.

You know, these aren't just ANY aprons; these are made with LOVE aprons, just like the bagels.
